Our training programs focus on principled negotiation. This approach also guides our approach when we support you as coach or moderator. And ultimately, we also aim to negotiate with you as a client in a principled manner.
It’s important to us that you remain in the lead concerning all matters of content. We don’t tell you what you should achieve. Rather, we offer assistance on how you should approach these issues on the process level. We take care of the management of the communication process, so that you are free to focus on the issues under discussion.
Negotiations are challenging. In many cases, they cost a lot of time and effort, and lead to unnecessary stress. In fact, emotions generally play much too large a role. And a lot of the time, participants are afraid that the negotiation will fail.
