Jérôme Racine worked for the healthcare group Roche for over 15 years, taking up a wide range of managerial positions (public affairs, marketing, product management, & strategic planning) within the pharmaceutical and diagnostic divisions in Switzerland, Brazil, France and the United States.
Since 1997, he has worked as a trainer and consultant in negotiation management and in supporting his clients in optimizing joint decision-making processes.
He has consulting, training and coaching experience in a wide range of industries, including health care, engineering, retail, construction and real estate, food industry, public transportation, urban planning and non-profit organizations. He has particular expertise working with procurement, having successfully completed many mandates in this field.
He speaks fluent French, English, German and Portuguese. He has led negotiation skills training courses in Europe, Brazil, China, Dubai, Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Singapore with participants of over 20 nationalities.
