On behalf of the TÜV Rheinland Group, we conceptualized and moderated a participatory event in the context of the development of a gigabyte strategy for the the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Our contribution succeeded in enabling a constructive participation of the different telecommunication companies competing on the market.
