Sumbiosis has been working with SAG for several years. We led a very extensive negotiation management workshop for the entire top management team of the company. In addition, we train the buyers ("category managers") of the firm. The HR manager of the company sees the goal of these workshops as follows: "We may be a large, international, and successful SME; but it is not always easy for us to build advantageous and stable business relationships with our top suppliers. Even though we have to be tough in difficult negotiations in order to remain competitive, our suppliers should still like to negotiate with us!"
