We have for several years now worked with RheinEnergie, an energy supplier in Germany. In the course of our collaboration, we realised a range of different projects: the design and moderation of citizen participation processes (in particular regarding the project SmartCity Cologne); the conception and moderation of multiple interactive events; team development and process management for the introduction of a new operations management software and in quality management; support for a brainstorming process on digitalization.
