The non-profit organization FITT is the institute for technology transfer at the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken, Germany.

We conceptualized, prepared and moderated a strategy workshop to support the members of the advisory board in the development of their strategic orientation for the next years. In the course of the workshop, we developed several concrete and implementable solutions, several of them practicable in the immediate future.
