For the past several years, we have designed and organized the annual meeting of the Workers Council of Deutsche Telekom Netzproduktion. We have helped to transform this compulsory 2-day gathering of approximately 120 people into a well prepared and constructive, dialogue-based meeting between management and employees' representatives. We achieved this by integrating workshop elements and dialog sessions. This enabled us to convey issues in a targeted way and to discuss them transparently. One feedback at the end of one of those meetings: "I would never have thought that this kind of ritualized gathering could produce so much added value for all participants."
