The goal of the project “Corridor Rhine Alpine” is to improve the freight transport in Europe between Amsterdam and Genoa, and to encourage this transport’s switch from roads to the railway.

In the course of this project, we developed and moderated internal team development processes. In addition, we conceptualized and moderated public conferences with participants from the branches involved (train companies, public entities, regulatory authorities, etc.).
