As an additional option, we can also later coach participants individually when they are faced with particularly high-stake and complex negotiations (see: Sumbiosis Plan).
Negotiation skills training is not intended for "beginners" only, but also for senior experienced managers. There is no difference between negotiation and sports: the top champions are those who train the most! Training allows them to develop and test new strategies, tactics and techniques – something which they could not do during the game itself, because experimenting at this point would be too risky. A true professional leaves nothing to chance.
