Jérôme Racine worked for the Roche Group during more than 15 years, taking up a wide range of managerial positions (public affairs, marketing, product management, strategic planning) within the pharmaceutical and diagnostic divisions in Switzerland, Brazil, France and the United States.
He now works since 1997 as a trainer and consultant in the negotiation field and supports his clients in optimizing joint decision making processes.
In the meantime, he became familiar with several branches of industry: health care, machine building, retail, construction and real estate, food industry, non-profit organizations, etc. Many of his training and consulting assignments were in the procurement field.
Being closely involved in a large, academic research project, he has built a strong expertise regarding urban planning and participation processes.

Klaus Winkler worked several years in the telecommunication business for different international companies (Vodafone, MobilCom und WorldCom) as an expert for regulatory and public affairs.
Since 2002, he works as a facilitator, negotiation process consultant, mediator or regulatory expert, and supports his clients in designing efficient cooperation processes.
Over the years, he has built a profound know-how regarding information and telecommunication technology, energy markets, health care (hospital management in particular) and the public sector in general. He is recognized as an extrajudicial conciliator by the President of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.

During the last 20 years, Marion Alt has been working in her different capabilities on an independent basis. Since 1998, she also works as a scientific assistant at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland – in particular at the Institute of Human Resource Management of the School of Business. Finally, Marion remains committed to business administration by supporting the Controlling department of a mid-sized industrial company.
Marion dedicates herself to supporting individuals, teams and organizations in the fields of development, change management, negotiation and conflict management.
As a consultant, she is familiar with several branches of industry and fields of activity: health care, finance, construction, education, chemicals, public authorities and non-profit organizations.

Adrian Hässig has a background and formal education in ICT (Information and Communication Technology). It was in this area where he gained in-depth knowledge about negotiation issues and processes.
He worked for Microsoft and von Roll in the past and is now a consultant for SMEs, public administrations, and large corporations.He also teaches a CAS course on public procurement at the University of Bern, and conducts training courses on negotiation for the Swiss government.
As a certified coach and specialist on organisational process management, he provides support to individuals and teams on change and organisational development. He also advises his clients on how to prepare, conduct, and follow-up on negotiations. Adrian has extensive experience in the areas of computer science, digitalisation, mobility and public transport, education, non-profit organisations, and provision of services.
As a qualified expert, he also assists software developers to manage the move to cloud computing. He speaks German and English, and has a good command of French.

Eric Heitzer has worked over a 12-year period as a member of the management team of leading media and telecommunication companies being in charge of Public Affairs, Law and regulations.
Since 2010, he is a Partner at the law firm DHK Rechtsanwälte and advises business companies all over Europe regarding Compliance.
Eric combines in a quite particular way the skills of a lawyer with commercial and industrial experience. His clients – mainly from the manufacturing and IT sectors – appreciate his understanding of management processes and his familiarity with the mindset of business executives.

Catherine Mehrtens started her career in the Paris headquarters of the insurance company AXA. There she helped guide the strategic internationalization of the HR department which included negotiating and advising on the ensuing career paths for AXA executives and expatriates.
Since 2010 Catherine has worked as a negotiation consultant, facilitator and trainer, serving both the private and public sectors. Her primary focus is the support of international change projects and strategic negotiations, particularly in the banking and insurance business, as well as healthcare and IT.
Catherine is a German citizen and is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish.

Joana Racine has worked for several non-profit organisations in a project management capacity, in the areas of human rights, international humanitarian law, and disarmament. She was most recently in charge of deploying professional expertise worldwide to assist investigations into mass atrocities, working closely with governments and intergovernmental organisations such as the UN and the International Criminal Court.
Since 2016, Joana is a project manager at Sumbiosis. She is coordinating the development and the launch of a highly innovative product: a web-app to measure the effectiveness of negotiation trainings and negotiation processes themselves. She has also led workshops on negotiation.
She speaks German, English and French fluently.
After studying Biology at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, Adrian Etter acquired a Ph. D. in development biology at the same university. He then joined Merck Sharp & Dhome research laboratories in the USA, to work on drug receptor interactions. After three years of research in the USA, he started a project in basic clinical science research at the University Hospital of Bern, Switzerland.
In 1997 he left the field of science to join the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) as a part time consultant and management / communication skills trainer. At the same time he became a certified innovation trainer of the motiv-gfi.de network. He is furthermore a member of BSO, the Swiss-German association for supervision practice. As a consultant he develops information exchange environments for large groups and moderates the communication processes which take place there. He also facilitates team development processes and coaches managers in their business reality.
One of his major interests is in designing productive negotiation processes and in improving communication through visual facilitation. He views himself professionally as a facilitator of socio-dynamic working processes.
While still working part time for the SBB, he is today an Associate Consultant of Sumbiosis LLC.
